A. Data processing
 

 

1. Provision of the website and creation of log files
 

 

Every time you visit and use this website, you collect data and information. This data and information is stored in log files of the server. Can be recorded:
 

  • IP address

  • Information about the browser type and version used

  • Date and time of access

  • Internet service provider of the user

  • Operating system of the user

  • Websites from which the system of the user comes to our website

  • Websites accessed by the user's system through our website

  • The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

  • Temporary storage of the IP address by the system is required to allow delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session.

  • Storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website, to optimize the content of the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

  • The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of its collection. In the case of collecting the data for providing the website, this is the case when the respective session is completed.

  • In the case of storing the data in log files, this is the case after no more than seven days. Further storage is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated, so that an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible.

 

2. E-mail contact
 

 

It is possible to contact via provided e-mail addresses. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted by e-mail will be stored. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place.

 

Legal basis for the processing of the data is in the presence of the consent of the user Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

 

The legal basis for the processing of the data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Article 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO.
 

 

The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of its collection. For the personal data sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended.

 

 

 

B. Rights of the data subject
 

 

You have the following rights:

 

  • Right to information about the personal data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR);

  • Right to correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR);

  • Right to erase stored personal data, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal rights (Art. 17 GDPR);

  • Right to restriction of the processing of personal data (Art. 18 GDPR);

  • Right to object to any processing that is in our legitimate interest, public interest or profiling unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is for assertion, Exercise or defense of legal claims (Art. 21 GDPR); granted consent for the collection, processing and use of your personal data at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). As a result, we are not allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future.

  • Right to complain to a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is contrary to the GDPR (Article 77 GDPR).
