Prevention is a generic term in the health care system for targeted measures and activities designed to prevent illness or damage to health, reduce the risk of the disease or delay its occurrence. Preventive measures can be assigned to primary, secondary or tertiary prevention at the time when they are used.
Furthermore, preventive measures can be differentiated with regard to whether they are based on individual behavior (behavioral prevention) or on living conditions (ratio prevention).

Ubranathletics
Your new outdoor functional training!
Urbanathletics is a functional training that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Calisthenics, is based on the sports app Freeletics and gets by completely without weights or devices. The only weight against which you will fight is your own!
A workout consists of several different exercises, such as push-ups, squats, sit-ups, pull-ups or even burpees. Also running units are included.
The meeting point is in front of the office of the university sports.
